Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemical, fertilizer, cement, steel industry, which shall include minimum 5 years in maintenance function.
Technical Skills:
Maintenance of all types of Switchgears - 132KV, 33KV, 6.6Kv, 415 V etc.
Testing and operating knowledge of numerical protection relays - GE, Siemens, ABB, Mitsubishi and other control system
Knowledge about hazardous areas and the requirements
Hands on experience on power transformers of size more than 50 MVA, UPS, Battery chargers, motors of sixes more than 5 MW, LV motors, communication system, wireless system, elevators, EOT Cranes, ESP, generators, AVRs, VFDs, cathodic protection system, capacitor banks, cables etc.
Experience in turnaround maintenance to support services as well as electrical equipment maintenance.
Strong grasp of Quality and Safety standards and procedures, Electrical safety systems, standards, LOTO etc.
Knowledge of MS office applications is essential.
Experience on SAP / In Tools / AutoCAD is an additional advantage.
