Roles and Responsibilities

Works under the supervision of managers and executives in the Bank to execute all essential tasks within the division as well as to complete daily routine tasks.
Provide administrative support to acquire all essential knowledge to become future managers.
Learning aspects of the Bank that lie within & outside of the department.
Gathering as much information on the company and participating in on-the-job training wherever possible.
Participating in meetings, workshops, and team-building events.
Analyzing existing systems and offering new ideas for improvement.
Engage in a series of learning rotations designed to teach hands-on application of each component of the value chain from sales & support to Operations and Service.
Depending on the needs of the Bank, the Employee will be required to work at any of Division , Branch and any area in the Sultanate of Oman.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, accountancy, risk, Audit, Computer science, programing, Islamic finance, Entrepreneurship , data science or Marketing and Corporate Communications.
GPA 3.0 or equivalent.
Very good knowledge of MS Office Suite
Certification programs are an advantage
