Tamayuz program, promoted by OQEP is a training-for-development program that offers a unique opportunity for ambitious graduates to gain valuable hands-on experience, build a professional network, and enhance both their technical and non-technical skills relevant to the energy sector. The program targets male and female graduates holding a General Diploma, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree, who are registered as job seekers with the Ministry of Labour. This initiative is launched by OQ Exploration & Production in collaboration with the Oman Energy Association (OPAL). OQEP is offering a training for development opportunity with its contractor partners in the energy sector.
